Archive

The Museum holds and administers a number of important archives which include the Historical Archive of the Town of Badalona, the Visual Archives, with more than a million photographs, and the Josep Maria Cuyàs i Tolosa Archive, a collection gathered by the man after whom the archive was given its name, a local historian and first administrator of the museum.

This documental heritage, produced in Badalona, includes a wide range of materials in terms of sources, chronology and formats. The Museum Archives can be accessed and are available to researchers and the general public.
