The summer is getting closer and the bathing season is up to begin, that’s a good excuse to show this gallery of photographs by La Donzella de la Costa, made by Josep Cortinas. La Donzella, installed in the middle of the 20th century, is one of the few bath establishments that have lasted on the beach of Badalona.
The photographs were taken about seventy years ago and, how has everything changed! The establishment, the bath suits, the boats, the sand … and, even (although little), the booths.
